Backend Developer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Backend Developer located in Baghdad. The Backend Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications, building APIs, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end.

Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting issues, and continuously optimizing application performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Familiarity with Front-End Development for smooth integration
• Strong programming skills in one or more relevant languages
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Experience with databases and server management is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Backend Development or related field

Salary

• Monthly salary range: 700,000 IQD – 1,000,000 IQD
