Operations Support Engineer

Job Summary The Operations Support Engineer is responsible for providing daily technical support for plant operations, assisting in commissioning, equipment troubleshooting and process optimization. The role will cooperate with the senior engineering team and on-site operation team to ensure standardized, safe and compliant plant operation, and assist in staff technical training and competency improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support for oil and gas plant field operation and process operation
• Assist in plant commissioning, start-up, shutdown and routine operational maintenance work
• Troubleshoot field equipment and process faults, and assist in completing rectification and optimization
• Sort out operational data, record technical problems and assist in summarizing improvement plans
• Assist in on-the-job training, technical guidance and daily competency evaluation of operation personnel
• Strictly implement site ISSOW and PTW safety operation specifications to ensure standardized technical operation
