About the Internship

Hephaestus is offering a one-month remote research internship for motivated students interested in electronics systems analysis and technical research. This opportunity is designed for students who want to gain practical exposure to researching and understanding complex electronic devices through structured online investigation and analytical work.

Interns will be assigned specific electronic devices and systems to research, with the objective of identifying their components, functions, architecture, and possible applications through open-source information and technical documentation.

• This internship is ideal for students in electronics, robotics, embedded systems, or related engineering fields who want to develop analytical and technical research skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online research on specific electronic devices and systems.
• Analyze available technical documentation and open-source materials.
• Identify components, architecture, and functionality of electronic systems.
• Prepare short technical summaries and reports of findings.
• Collaborate remotely with the Hephaestus team when required.

Requirements

• Student or recent graduate in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Robotics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in electronics systems and technical analysis.
• Ability to conduct structured online research.
• Basic understanding of electronic components and systems.
• Ability to prepare clear written reports in English.
