Snr. Python Developer

Job Description:

An experienced Senior Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and APIs. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Python development, software architecture, database design, and system integration.

Experience working with ERP systems is considered a strong advantage.

Statement of Duties:

1- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Python applications.

2- Build RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.

3- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems.

4- Optimize database performance and application architecture.

5- Review code and mentor junior developers.

6- Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX teams.

7- Troubleshoot production issues and implement permanent solutions.

8- Participate in software architecture and technical design decisions.

9- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Qualifications and Educational Background:

1- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

2- 5+ years of professional Python development experience.

3- Strong experience with Django.

4- Solid knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture.

5- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar relational databases.

6- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

7- Experience working in Linux environments.

8- Strong understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented programming.

9- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

10- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

11- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

12- Experience with Redis, Celery, or message queues.

13- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

14- Experience working with ERP systems (ERP Next, Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics,

15- Oracle ERP, or similar) is considered a strong advantage.
