- Preparing the company annual budget
- Comparing the budget VS Actuals
- Supervising Parts Stock Check yearly
- Supervising Mobiles Stock Check Monthly
- Preparing, monitoring, and controlling the cash flow
- Improving the HR policies and procedures
- Supervising the HR employees and there working
- Checking and approving the payment vouchers
- Checking all branches daily transactions
- Checking and approving salaries
- Controlling money transfer in and out of Iraq
