Assist with the Secretary to arrange the Files, the Appointment, and input Cases in the Waiting List, and guide the MHPSS Staff to input their Consultations in the Database.
Input the data from group sessions, staff training, and other community group training into the database.

Making Payment Order for BNFs Transportation and Medication Payment.
Making Distribution List for Outreach Teams to Select BNFs Needed.
Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
Analyzing and verifying data.
Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan
Testing new database systems and software updates
Troubleshoot, resolve and keep reported records of users' problems & solutions offered.
