Hi there! I’m Saif Godi – and I’m obsessed with all reservoir engineering related stuff.

Since September 2018, I’ve been a reservoir engineer at RFDD, to be specific, I've become a simulation engineer where I’ve focused my time on reservoir simulation, In this position, I design 3D simulation reservoir models according to collected geological and engineering data and plan and implement all drilling strategies and recovery mechanism whether it's a secondary or EOR and suggest the optimum Scenario by using optimization algorithms by reservoir simulators such as Petrel-Re, Eclipse. My other work entails analyzing well test, fluid modelling and a preliminary forecasting for the exploratory fields by using MBAL.

my biggest accomplishment has been a development plan for Hamreen oil field /Nukhaika dome, which recommended that the water injection should be used in order to hit predetermined plateau due to the limited natural drive of the field
