➢ Action Against Hunger (ACF) (Oct 2020 – present) Logistic & ICT officer

Responsibilities: 

• Vehicle fleet management

Plan vehicles movement on weekly basis, raise vehicles PL’s on the Link on monthly basis and ensure trucking of movement through online system. 

• Procurement

Follow up on PL’s raised by support & program staff. Procure the validated PL’s (simplified, advanced, SPO) ensure proper archive for the logistic document. Also I use to distribute RFQ’s, run supplier visit and do the assessment table for SPO’s.

• Premises monument ensure the office have a safe electricity network , control and follow up on the consumables in the base premises Also make sure to raise the office rental PL on monthly basis. - IT support

I use to provide IT support to new joiners by install mailbox and printer and provide the needed support to solve the technical issues in staff workstation.

➢Norwegian refugee council (NRC) (Feb 2109 – Oct 2020) ICT & logistic officer. 

Responsibilities: 

Fleet Management 

• Organize the daily and weekly movement planning;
• Supervise the drivers, and report any problem to the Base Logistician - Ensure follow-up of the fleet (repairs, maintenance, use)
• Manage the administrative issues for fleet (rental contracts, insurance, and other documents).

Management of Premises & Procurement 

• Asset management, including control of asset requisition, movement, and upkeep of an assets list etc.
• Ensure that all procurement is done according to NRC policies and guidelines and that the paper-trail is always intact.
• Follow up with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and effective supply and delivery of goods, services and works, collect the quotations.
• Communication with relevant departments on procurement status on daily and weekly bases.

➢Norwegian refugee council (NRC) (Feb 2109 – Jan 2020) project assistant. 

Responsibilities: 

• Ensure adherence with NRC policies, tools, handbooks and guidelines.
• Implement delegated Core Competency project portfolio according to plan of action.
• Prepare and develop status reports as required by management.
• Ensure proper filing of documents.
• Ensure that projects target beneficiaries most in need, and explore and asses new and better ways to assist.
• Promote and share ideas for technical improvement.
• Actively promote PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standards & principles within NRC and amongst beneficiaries served by NRC.

➢ Swedish Humanitarian Aid Organization (Sep 2018- Feb 2019), Project assistance.  Responsibilities: 

● Support the project in providing livelihood guidance, on individual or group basis to increase beneficiaries.

● Assisted project in organizing and providing information to beneficiaries about livelihood and vocational opportunities.

● Provide information to beneficiaries on skills training, market opportunities.

● Support to establish a close network with civil society and other organizations.

➢ Arab Mine Action consultancy Crew (AMACC) (Jan 2017 - Jul 2018), Administration Manager. Responsibilities:

● Archive.

● Prepare attendance sheet.

● Issuing security clearance from Basra Oil Company.

● Do monthly Inspection (Missan camp)

● Manage staff profiles

● Scan the projects daily report and send it to our clients.

● Assist the operation manager with any requested documents.
