Have (17) Years’ previous experience as a trainer, trainer of trainers with International and Local organizing and government.
Have strong experience in design training evaluation tolls.
Have strong experience in review, develop and update the training curricula, materials, and manuals.
Have strong experience in Conduct training sessions and follow-up.
Have Practice experience in design, providing and managing training courses about: PSS and psychological first aide, Parenting skills, Child protection case management, Gender equality and GBV, Community based approach, Negotiation, mediation and nonviolence conflict resolution.
