Role and Responsibilities

Solutions Driven are searching on behalf of a global leader in industrial cooling solutions for an Application Engineer that will support representatives and the sales department in general in preparing technical-commercial offers

Activities

• Preparation of technical-commercial offers for representatives and/or end customers when technical solutions require support from headquarters
• Conduct technical training sessions for new potential representatives and update existing representatives on new product ranges.
• Support the existing representative network in preparing acquired orders and in managing and identifying new potential sales channels in assigned countries.
• Manage offer progress through all phases up to the final order, coordinating continuously with other departments.
• Prepare marketing materials to support existing products and/or seminars for launching new products.
• Present technical solutions and/or product ranges and negotiate with customers when required.
• Participate in trade fairs and industry events.
• Collect feedback on market conditions and product opportunities
• Keep project lists up to date and report monthly on ongoing projects.
• Maintain close contact with the Quality Assurance team and provide support when needed
• Assist in debugging and developing selection software.

Minimum requirements

• Specific knowledge of thermodynamics.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Excellent PC skills and use of Microsoft Office 365.
• Excellent spoken and written English. xlwpduy
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus
• Knowledge of HSE management systems.
