JOB DESCRIPTION You will work within the marketing team and have the role of B2B Client Service.
In this role you will have to: Reply to the email and messages coming from the Colnago distributors and dealers. Assist B2B clients with warranty claims and after-sales issues. Create regular reports about the main attention areas of customer service.
Help populate the knowledge database of the Company through the reporting of frequent cases and solutions REQUIREMENTS A fluent written English is mandatory Knowledge of the main CRM platforms (Hubspot is a plus) Knowledge of road bicycles (cycling experiences or previous jobs in the industry are a plus) Great empathy and communication skills Humility and curiosity Precision, and organisational skills needed in a fast-evolving environment Knowledge of other languages is considered a plus, for example Spanish, French and German LOCATION Cambiago (MI), Italy SENIORITY 1/3 years ANNUAL SALARY Contract details and remuneration will be commensurate with actual skills and experience.
