Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes for overseas entitiesCoordinate budgeting and forecasting cycles across international subsidiariesMonitor revenue, margins, and cost structure across marketsProvide in-depth financial analysis and performance insightsSupport pricing strategy and profitability improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with corporate financial policies and local regulationsPartner with local Finance teams and regional managementDrive process improvements and standardization across countriesSupport investment analysis and business case evaluations

What you need to succeedMust have

Strong knowledge of international reporting standardsAbility to manage complexity in a multi-country environment

Nice to haveKnowledge of the FMCG or White Goods industry is a plusEducationDegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management xlwpduy Engineering or related fieldProfessional experience5–8+ years of experience in controlling, preferably in multinational companiesLanguageFluent in italian and English (additional languages are a plus)Technical Skills

Advanced Excel and ERP knowledge (SAP preferred)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
