FREELANCE DATA ENGINEER – DATABRICKS & AZURE – ENGLISH SPEAKING

We are looking for an experiencedData Engineerfor an exciting freelance opportunity with a leading global IT services and consulting company, known for delivering innovative technology solutions across multiple industries.

Location:Italy (remote within Italy)

Rate:€400/day

Contract:6–12 months with strong possibility of extension

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines onAzure.

Implement and optimise solutions usingDatabricks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.

Support data modelling, integration, and performance tuning.

What We're Looking For

At least3 years of experienceinData Engineeringon Azure and Databricks.

English-speaking (Italian is beneficial).

Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data lakes, and cloud architecture.

Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
