Key Responsibilities Application development according to ING Bank standards Work with project teams to ensure adherence with the solution design according to Designer, Business analyst, Architect, Release & Configuration Team and the Application manager Develop source code and perform Unit Test Work with Release and Configuration teams in order to manage code sourcing in the right way, merge code and resolve code conflicts in time Follow bugfixing during test phase (SIT and UAT) Follow Production issue resolution in production environment Delivery defect analysis in order to measure and recognize the goodness of solution design Check and give feedback on functional and technical analysis Manage communication and escalation processes when required Requirements Degree in Computer Science or equivalent 3+ years’ experience in the same role in a 24/7 environment preferably within banking sector Proven skills in the Agile way of working Proven experience in application development with JAVA on/with J2EE platform, Spring, Spring Boot Advanced experience in REST & SOAP application services development Junit testing, Test Driven Development and Spring Integration testing Good knowledge of issue and code versioning tools (Azure and Git) Knowledge with JBoss application server and Tomcat container Good knowledge of DBMS and SQL (Oracle, PL/SQL) Proven experience in application development with HTML5, CSS3, Javascript Proven experience in application development with Angular / React Knowledge of Javascript unit / component test frameworks Good knowledge of IT Technologies Good English level (written and spoken) Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Soft skills: Passion for technology Excellence in execution Result oriented Teamplayer Problem solving Effective communication Able to work under pressure Working conditions: Full Time Duration: Permanent Location: Milan (hybrid) About ING ING offers many opportunities to build a diverse and rewarding career.
