CCM is a first-of-a-kind, proprietary, life-changing treatment alternative for a vast population of heart failure patients across the globe. There are 64 million patients struggling with Heart Failure worldwide. Hen these Heart Failure patients continue to decline despite being on optimum pharmaceutical therapy, they lose hope. The only option down the road are extremely invasive. CCM therapy is an FDA Breakthrough designated solution that is minimally invasive and gives hope back to these patients.

This is not a job, it is a MISSION to help the nearly one million patients (in the Unite States alone) who are struggling with heart failure and qualify for CCM therapy. This requires a team of the best medical device and therapy awareness representatives in the world to educate the cardiology community.

How You’ll Add Value

• Support of physicians and nurses during the implant procedures, follow-ups and troubleshooting at clinical sites
• Work closely with the Sales Team and the Field Clinical Engineer organization
• Responsible for supporting all field-based activities at clinical sites
• Assist other personnel in order to improve understanding of product behaviour, improve product performance and product acceptance by customer
• Communicate activities and issues at clinical sites with other Company personnel
• Fulfil all administrative requirements including the collection of relevant technical data and completion of necessary documentation
• Assist the responsible Territory Managers implementation of inhouse trainings
• Support the Sales & Marketing Organisation in the implementation of customer trainings and other professional medical education events
• Support to the sales process in alignment with Territory Managers
• Support to the company clinical research as directed by Medical Director
• Maintain administrative data as per Company procedures
• Comply with quality and compliance standards as per Company procedures
• Management of the Company inventory at home deposition

What You’re Bringing with You

• Bachelor’s degree or alternative medical training required. Master degree in engineering, scientific subjects or business preferred.
• Good oral and written English skills

Organized and detail oriented

• Ability to provide technical support to implantation and follow-up visits
• Availability for frequent and extensive travel to investigational sites, corporate offices, investigator meetings and industry meetings (national and international)
