Procurement teams are responsible for sourcing products and services in any company, managing trillion euros every year, yet still relying on emails and spreadsheets. Position overview

We're seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to own the customer journey from contract signature to successful go-live.

You’ll be the technical expert who deploys Compri in enterprise environments, building integrations and configurations that make our AI-powered platform work in the real world.

• 2 years in technical roles (recent grads welcome)
• Comfortable with SQL queries and data analysis
• Experience with YAML configurations and command line/terminal

Technical skills

• SQL; Write queries to analyze customer data and configure workflows
• YAML & Configuration: Edit config files, set up tenant parameters
• Terminal/Command Line: Navigate systems, run scripts, troubleshoot
• Integration Setup: Connect ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and mailbox integrations
• Tenant Deployment: Configure user permissions, data models, and workflows
• Troubleshooting*: Debug technical issues and optimize implementations

Day-to-Day

• Deploy client tenants from signature to go-live
• Build ERP integrations to sync procurement data (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Set up mailbox integrations for automated PO and invoice processing
• Travel to client headquarters/sites to finalize Compri setup and training
• Configure workflows, permissions, and data models per customer needs
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize implementations
• Translate customer feedback into product improvement requests
• Work in SQL, YAML, and terminal daily
