Full Stack Developer - Java, Type script

We are currently looking for a Full-Stack Java Developer to join a long-term project in Rome.

This is a full-time position within an international and dynamic environment, working on high-impact software solutions with direct exposure to end users.

Technical Stack & Skills Required

Strong experience in Java

Solid hands-on knowledge of Spring Boot

Experience in Full-Stack Software Development

Microservices architecture

Real-time communication technologies (WebSocket, WebRTC)

CI/CD pipelines

Containerization (Docker, OpenShift knowledge is a plus)

REST APIs development

System integrations

Responsibilities

Contribute to analysis, design, development and evolution of the software solution

Translate functional requirements into technical solutions

Develop scalable and high-performance applications

Interact regularly with stakeholders to clarify requirements

Ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices

Work autonomously while collaborating within a structured team

Profile

Strong problem-solving mindset

Comfortable interacting directly with clients

Autonomous and proactive

Fluent in Italian (mandatory)

Good level of English is a plus
