Full Stack Java Developer

We are currently looking for a Full-Stack Java Developer to join a long-term project in Rome.

This is a full-time position within an international and dynamic environment, working on high-impact software solutions with direct exposure to end users.

Technical Stack & Skills Required

• Strong experience in Java
• Solid hands-on knowledge of Spring Boot
• Experience in Full-Stack Software Development
• Microservices architecture
• Real-time communication technologies (WebSocket, WebRTC)
• CI/CD pipelines
• Containerization (Docker, OpenShift knowledge is a plus)
• REST APIs development
• System integrations

Responsibilities

• Contribute to analysis, design, development and evolution of the software solution
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions
• Develop scalable and high-performance applications
• Interact regularly with stakeholders to clarify requirements
• Ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices
• Work autonomously while collaborating within xlwpduy a structured team

Profile

• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable interacting directly with clients
• Autonomous and proactive
• Fluent in Italian (mandatory)
• Good level of English is a plus
