Full Stack Software Engineer - Angular & Java Spring Boot

FastCode is looking for a professional with at least 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, with strong frontend development skills in Angular and backend development in Java with Spring Boot. The selected candidate will join a team of 6 people working on projects for a major enterprise organization.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

• Development of new frontend features using Angular (v12+)
• Design and implementation of backend services with Java and Spring Boot
• Integration of RESTful APIs between frontend and backend
• Collaboration in an Agile/Scrum environment using Jira and Confluence
• Code versioning and CI/CD pipeline management with GitLab
• Writing testable, well-documented code aligned with best practices
• Contributing to architectural modernization toward microservices
• Supporting integration activities and continuous application improvement

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Proven experience in frontend development with Angular (v12+)
• Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocol
• Experience with Git and GitLab CI/CD
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Mathematical Sciences, or Statistics

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

• Experience with Docker in production environments
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Knowledge of Keycloak for authentication/authorization
• Experience with Quarkus or other cloud-native Java frameworks
• Knowledge of OpenAPI / Swagger
• Experience with automated testing (JUnit, Cypress, Jest)
• Experience working in microservices environments
