Bonfiglioli is a worldwide designer, manufacturer and distributor of a complete range of gearmotors, drive systems, planetary gearboxes and inverters, which satisfy the most challenging and demanding needs in industrial automation, mobile machinery and renewable energy.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM The International Trainee Program is aimed at talents who are graduated in STEM subjects with up to 3 years of total professional experience.
Throughout the program, trainees will have the opportunity to explore different roles and countries.
Your journey begins and concludes across key Bonfiglioli locations in Italy, Vietnam, China, Slovakia and India. Along the way, you'll have the opportunity to work, travel, and gain hands-on experience in multiple countries, including France, Germany, USA, Spain, Turkey and Australia, building a truly global perspective from day one.
the program lasts between 24 to 48 months. In addition to your initial country, your journey will include different international rotations, each offering the chance to take on multiple roles.
You may also have the opportunity to take on a longer assignment in another location before moving into your landing role.
