Java API Developer & DevOps Engineer

Position

• *Function Description**

The ICT and Security Department develops and manages the whole software and system development life-cycle for FinecoBank application and infrastructure landscape. The department boosts the rationalization of all processes supporting business lines, through the collection of needs related to IT and Security services and the promotion of technological opportunities offered by the market evolution.

• *Job Description**

In this role, your solid developers and DevOps skills and your broad background in Continuous Delivery will help you establish highly collaborative relationships with ICT and Security Department teams and drive how we develop, verify and monitor our applications and services. You will work to ensure high quality project deliveries, optimize throughput of our software development and deploy processes as well as preside over and maintain critical production systems.

• *Roles And Responsibilities
• Develop high-quality, secure java API following the practices and principles which guarantee excellent continuous delivery.
• Assume the responsibility of working on business critical systems.
• Develop digital infrastructure and CI/CD automation to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Liase closely with application developers and operational teams to facilitate the orderly execution of proposed project plans. Help teams correctly formulate and execute deployment strategy and capacity planning.
• Assume the responsibility of working on business critical systems.
• Produce well tested, concise, performant code that is easily understandable to your peers.
• Ensure applications are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats.
• Proactively perform productive investigations into problem areas to help make application more fluid and reliable.
• Contribute to achieving team objectives with a strong sense of responsibility toward quality, agility and system security.
• Work collaboratively and productively.
• *Requirements
• Expert in Core JAVA / Spring Boot, Framework, Security, Cloud / Hibernate / Web Services.
• Advanced knowledge developing REST APIs and micro-services.
• Proven mastery working on Linux based infrastructures.
• Expert skills with container environments: Kubernetes / Openshift.
• Strong scripting or programming skills.
• Broad background working with Microservice architectures and design patterns.
• Effective understanding of best practices regarding system security measures.
• Proven experience with the following CI/CD langs and tools: Ansible, Jenkins, Nexus, Maven and Git.
• Professional experience with NoSQL databases MongoDB and ElasticSearch.
• Advanced understanding of Cloud Native Architectures.
