This is an early-career position for someone starting out in frontend development, with a real interest in CSS, layout, and UI quality.
You will assist with designing and improving web interfaces for client projects and internal tools. This might involve styling pages, modifying existing components, fixing visual glitches, making layouts more responsive, and bringing consistency to our frontend.
This position is for individuals who already have foundational HTML and CSS skills and want to gain practical experience in a professional setting. You don't need to know everything on day one. It is more important that you are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and open to feedback.
The team will support you and provide clear direction when needed, though you must also be comfortable experimenting, asking questions, and getting better over time.
What You Will Be
Doing
Supporting the creation and enhancement of web interfaces across internal and client projects
Writing and maintaining CSS for pages, components, and UI patterns
Assisting in making interfaces cleaner, easier to use, and more consistent
Fixing spacing, alignment, layout, and responsive design bugs
Collaborating with other developers to implement styling adjustments
Learning how professional frontend work is structured, reviewed, and handed off
Contributing to internal tools where frontend presentation is important You Need to Have:
Solid basic understanding of HTML and CSS
Knowledge of responsive design fundamentals
Some familiarity with JavaScript
Readiness to work with existing codebases and learn from them
Basic knowledge of Git is a plus, but not required if you are willing to learn
Professional working level of English
Attention to detail and a strong interest in frontend quality Nice to Have:
Some exposure to React or a similar frontend framework
Experience with Tailwind, Sass, or another styling method
Basic knowledge of web accessibility and usability
Knowledge of Italian, Portuguese, or Spanish
Any personal, academic, or freelance frontend work We are not looking for someone with years of experience. We are looking for someone with a solid foundation, a good attitude, and the willingness to grow.
