About Tech Pipeline

We are a fully remote technology and operations consulting firm. Our work is practical. We help businesses improve the systems, workflows, and digital tools they rely on every day.

We are not a product company. We work directly with real clients on real business needs, and the people we hire are given the chance to contribute to meaningful work from the start. The Role:

This is an early-career position for someone starting out in frontend development, with a real interest in CSS, layout, and UI quality.

You will assist with designing and improving web interfaces for client projects and internal tools. This might involve styling pages, modifying existing components, fixing visual glitches, making layouts more responsive, and bringing consistency to our frontend.

This position is for individuals who already have foundational HTML and CSS skills and want to gain practical experience in a professional setting. You don't need to know everything on day one. It is more important that you are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and open to feedback.

The team will support you and provide clear direction when needed, though you must also be comfortable experimenting, asking questions, and getting better over time.

What You Will Be

Doing

Supporting the creation and enhancement of web interfaces across internal and client projects

Writing and maintaining CSS for pages, components, and UI patterns

Assisting in making interfaces cleaner, easier to use, and more consistent

Fixing spacing, alignment, layout, and responsive design bugs

Solid basic understanding of HTML and CSS

Knowledge of responsive design fundamentals

Some familiarity with JavaScript

Readiness to work with existing codebases and learn from them

Basic knowledge of Git is a plus, but not required if you are willing to learn

Attention to detail and a strong interest in frontend quality Nice to Have:

Some exposure to React or a similar frontend framework

Experience with Tailwind, Sass, or another styling method

Basic knowledge of web accessibility and usability

Knowledge of Italian, Portuguese, or Spanish

Any personal, academic, or freelance frontend work We are not looking for someone with years of experience. We are looking for someone with a solid foundation, a good attitude, and the willingness to grow.

Real work on active projects

Small team and direct communication

Clear responsibilities with room to learn A genuine entry-level opportunity with growth over time If you are early in your frontend journey and want to build practical experience in real projects, this role could be a strong fit.
