About The Role We're hiring Prompt Writers to craft creative, diverse, and challenging prompts used to test and train AI systems. Your prompts push AI models to improve their reasoning, creativity, and accuracy.

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Write original prompts across a variety of topics and formats

Design questions and scenarios that challenge AI reasoning

Create prompts that test for accuracy, creativity, and safety

Follow style guides and prompt-writing templates

Iterate on prompts based on feedback and project needs Who You Are Creative thinker with strong writing skills
