Reliability Engineer – Semiconductor domain

Pianificazione e Ottimizzazione

Definizione e fine-tuning dei Reliability Plan per i prodotti in sviluppo.

Analisi dei Dati

Analisi statistica e analisi del "drift" (pre e post stress) a seguito di cicli termici, HAST e HTOL, utilizzando tool aziendali o software specifici come

JMP

Supporto attivo alla risoluzione dei problemi, dalla richiesta di Failure Analysis (FA) fino alla stesura completa di report 8D

Collaborazione Tecnica

Interazione con il team per garantire che i requisiti di affidabilità siano integrati fin dalle prime fasi del ciclo di vita del prodotto.

Work Experience

Formazione

Laurea in Ingegneria Elettronica, Scienza dei Materiali o discipline affini.

Esperienza

Almeno 2–3 anni di esperienza maturata nel settore dei semiconduttori.

Conoscenza approfondita dell'affidabilità dei semiconduttori e dei requisiti

AEC-Q100 .

Solida base statistica applicata alla qualità.
