Remote Operations Manager (100% Work From Home)
Full-time
$1,500 - 2,000 USD/month depending on experience + discretionary performance bonuses
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Mountain Time, with occasional Saturday rotation if required.
The company is a growing commercial property management firm specializing in the self-storage industry. It owns and operates a diverse portfolio of facilities, each with its own unique local branding and identity. Its mission is to provide high-quality, secure storage solutions while leveraging modern technology to deliver a seamless and consistent customer experience across all locations.
The company is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy professional to serve as the remote hub for its multi-site operations. This role goes beyond a traditional call-center position and acts as the primary point of contact for tenant sales, account management, and facility maintenance coordination.
The individual in this role will manage a variety of tasks across multiple brands, ensuring every tenant receives professional, efficient service—whether renting a unit or reporting a maintenance issue.
Sales & Leasing:
Manage inbound calls for multiple facilities, explaining unit options and pricing to convert leads into paid rentals.
Act as the central dispatcher for site repairs. You will source local vendors, schedule work for gate systems or unit repairs, and track tasks to completion.
Collections & Billing:Conduct daily outbound calls to delinquent tenants, process payments, and manage the automated billing cycle within the property management system.
Lead Follow-Up:
Use CRM tools to diligently follow up on missed calls, web leads, and reservations to maximize occupancy.
Resolve customer issues related to gate access, account updates, and unit transfers across multiple software databases.
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
Exceptional verbal and written English
At least 2 years of experience in property management, customer service, or high-volume sales.
Immediate comfort with VoIP phone systems (e.g., RingCentral), Google Workspace, and CRM/Property Management Software (SiteLink or storEDGE preferred).
The ability to "context switch" between different facility brands and policies without error.
Self-Motivation:
A proactive problem-solver who can manage a daily task list with minimal direct supervision.
