Externally, the position is currently advertised as “Senior Full-Stack Developer (m/f/d) with a focus on Angular.” The internal job title will be “Specialist (m/f/d) in Organizational Programming & Software Architecture.”

Important: Fluency in German is required, and the candidate must be willing to work in Cologne 2–3 days a week.

Your Tasks:

• Developing applications for all IT-supported processes at the bank and creating prototypes with a focus on Frontend/ Angular
• Designing technical architecture concepts for multi-tier applications in the banking sector, with Java/ Angular
• Analyzing business requirements and creating UML models, technical designs, and decision-making documents
• Collaboration in agile Scrum teams as a technical expert and point of contact for developers, testers, and business analysts, as well as a member of the architecture board
• Ensuring high code and architecture quality through code reviews, testing, and verification of compliance with guidelines, among other measures
• Supporting error analysis, maintaining existing systems, and preparing for and overseeing releases

Your Profile:

• Completed technical degree or comparable qualification
• Excellent knowledge of Angular and Java
• At least first experience in software architecture
• Enjoy working with and in agile teams (Scrum)
• Willingness to work on-site at the Cologne office several times a week
• Fluent German and English skills
