Senior Python Engineer — Data Platform & API Core (Remote)

Windsor.ai has been founded in 2017 in Zürich, Switzerland. Windsor.ai connects data from 300+ sources (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, TikTok) to 30+ destinations (Looker Studio, Google Sheets, BigQuery, Snowflake, and LLMs like ChatGPT and Claude). Our customers include Puma, Audi, UBS, Asics and many more.

We are building a platform that makes it easy to connect any data source to any destination. There is more data being generated in the world every day, but the big problem is that the number of tools are also increasing so data has to be updated in multiple systems and tools. We are solving this problem.

Our Team

Our team has around 15 people working remotely across Europe. We’re a highly technical team, and even our sales and marketing colleagues are comfortable writing at least some SQL. Our software engineers are specialised in backend with Python and frontend with React. Product

4+ years of programming experience. Good programming knowledge (OOP, mutable/immutable types etc.) Like to work in a flat fast moving environment where you can have an impact How we work

We usually plan our work in two weeks intervals but the plan is not super strict so there might be some priorities changed during the sprint. We use Taiga, Gitlab, CI/CD, lots of pytest and merge request reviews.
