At Cargill Ghana Limited, I operated and monitored automated cocoa processing systems using PCS 7 platforms, performed routine quality tests, and collaborated with maintenance and QA teams to resolve process deviations. I supported continuous improvement, maintained GMP/ISO standards, and worked rotating shifts to ensure consistent production performance.
Pursuing an MSc in Food Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, with coursework and practical projects in process design, food rheology, material characterization, and automation in food manufacturing. i am developing advanced competencies in food processing technologies, quality and safety systems, and automation-driven production environments.
