He worked on market strategies, business model renewal, service execution and marketing, engineering and design, project management, team management. He chose and made numerous hires and managed reorganizations.
He is associated to the Professional Order “Ordine dei Periti Industriali di Bergamo” registration number 1397. He obtained the Diploma of Perito Industriale, Electrical Engineering on 1989, score 52/60. He took 10 exams at the Polytechnic, Milan in Electrical Engineering (five-year degree).
He did an internship at Zerowatt (“white”, washing machines), attended English courses with native speakers. He is ABB Certified Project Manager. He then attended Business and Project Management courses (The George Washington University – School of Business).
He has attended corporate leadership courses provided by MIP and other bodies.
He continues to attend managerial, technological, and regulatory training.
He has used and knows various Business Intelligence, ERP, CRM software: Tableau, Salesforce.com, SAP, OneBI-BW, MS Project, etc.
