Renewable gas executive with more than 15 years of experience in biomethane, biogas and agricultural project development. Proven track record in originating, developing and monetizing biomethane projects, securing multi-million-euro feedstock agreements and supporting investments exceeding €35 million. Combines strong technical expertise with extensive commercial and business development experience across the entire renewable gas value chain, from project origination and permitting to investment support, stakeholder management and strategic partnerships.

Head of Biomethane Business Development at Renera Energy Italy (2025-06 – Present)
Lead the company's biomethane development strategy in Italy, focusing on project origination, pipeline growth, investor relations and strategic partnerships. Currently building and managing a development pipeline of 10–15 biomethane projects, primarily brownfield conversion opportunities, with five projects currently under permitting ranging from 250 to 500 Sm³/h production capacity. Responsible for commercial negotiations, project acquisitions, feedstock strategy, stakeholder management and the expansion of the company's presence within the Italian renewable gas market.
Biomethane Technical Manager at Renera Energy Italy (2023-03 – 2025-06)
Responsible for technical development, project assessment, feedstock strategy and investment support for biomethane projects across Italy. Successfully developed and brought three biomethane projects to Ready-to-Build (RTB) status, securing feedstock supply agreements worth over €5 million annually and supporting investment evaluations representing approximately €37 million of CAPEX. Following project maturation and de-risking activities, all assets were successfully transferred to external investment funds as part of the company's strategy to mitigate market uncertainty related to the tight implementation deadlines of the Italian PNRR incentive scheme.
Led technical due diligence, permitting activities and stakeholder coordination throughout the entire project development lifecycle. Managed operational excellence programs across company-owned biogas facilities while supporting commercial development initiatives.
