Alessio Paoletti

Former biologist and retail sales assistant, now turned triathlete and triathlon coach, mental coach.

Started off my career as a research in Biology and Conservation. After several internships in Germany, Indonesia and the Netherlands, I worked at CIBIO, Porto, Portugal.

Then I moved on to the sports industry, first as a retail sales assistant at Decathlon, where I also coached a small running team, and then at Intersport. In the meantime I developed my career in triathlon, and I now turned myself into a semi-pro athlete who is trying to develop a path in coaching.

My Master's degree in Ecology and Evolution was aimed at preparing students for a career in academia. Therefore I strongly developed skills such as critical thinking and willingness to always learn something new.
