focused to provide administrative HR support for the international client companies establishing in Italy about HR lifecycle :hiring practices, terminations, level changes, job changes, mandatory communications to employment offices.

Managing payroll, HR administration and italian labour law consultancy for French and foreign companies establishing their business in Italy.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Drafting contracts, supporting consultancy in the field of Italian/French labour law in relation to the portfolio of CCI France/Italy client members; Keeping up to date with employment law and practices, legal frameworks and modern HR procedures and best practice; Processing of HR administrative duties such as employee data files, Contracts and offer letter Updating HR Systems; Coordinating background checks with our external provider;Monitor labour legal trends, regulations and design solutions to evolving risks, opportunities and best practice for managing the HR department in the Italian territory of CCI's client companies
