As a part of Marketing team, my main tasks are to:

• collect, process and visualize web traffic data in comprehensive ways through interactive dashboards both for internal use and for clients; reporting
• set up GA4 properties, create measurement plans and implement tracking to support monitoring of business KPIs
• identify and interpret trends, based on data
• optimize UX and CR: hypothesis definition, testing and analysing results; liason with DevOps team
• analyse and understand users' online behaviour, implement correcting actions to improve UX and CR
• perform performance benchmarking on all digital channels
• perform progressive analysis, forecasting
• perform the ROI analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of the campaigns
• monthly budget allocation to digital paid media (mkt performance unit)

Tools: Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Hotjar, Search Console, Google Optimize, BigQuery, Google Ads, Retargeting platforms, Biddable media platforms
