As a part of Marketing team, my main tasks are to:
- collect, process and visualize web traffic data in comprehensive ways through interactive dashboards both for internal use and for clients; reporting
- set up GA4 properties, create measurement plans and implement tracking to support monitoring of business KPIs
- identify and interpret trends, based on data
- optimize UX and CR: hypothesis definition, testing and analysing results; liason with DevOps team
- analyse and understand users' online behaviour, implement correcting actions to improve UX and CR
- perform performance benchmarking on all digital channels
- perform progressive analysis, forecasting
- perform the ROI analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of the campaigns
- monthly budget allocation to digital paid media (mkt performance unit)
