I believe healing begins with listening. Over the years, I have consistently been recognized by patients, families, and leadership for my calm presence, patience, and ability to make others feel supported and understood. One family member shared that I was “calm, collected, and all around amazing,” feedback that reflects my commitment to creating trust and comfort during every encounter.

Whether caring for patients or supporting colleagues, I strive to lead with empathy, kindness, and clarity. In my spare time, I love to volunteer as much as possible, at a horse rescue, where we have saved 52 wild mustangs and a few domestic breeds. We have very limited resources and rely on donations and volunteer work.

However, It brings so much healing and joy to myself, my family, and especially through our Veteran Equine-Assisted Wellness Program. I have a bleeding heart for helping those in need, animals and humans alike!

Provide high-acuity post-operative care, perform rapid assessments of airway, hemodynamics, pain, and neurologic status; manage complex patients with cardiac and surgical comorbidities in close collaboration with anesthesia and surgical teams.

Charge Nurse – Cardiovascular/Electrophysiology/ED Observation Unit at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center (2016-05 – 2019-05)

Managed pre- and post-operative care for cardiac and EP procedures, including telemetry monitoring, and complication recognition, in addition to a broad spectrum of ED observation cases.
