After years of board level managerial activity during which I have refined my expertise, including leadership and people management skills, delegation of tasks and authority also thanks to adequate decision-making skills, problem solving skills, effective time management ability, the development of strategies for growth and intra and extra Company communication, all this along with determination,
tenacity, and constant research and openness to new ideas and the ability to be a catalyst for change by encouraging the work group's action, I would eventually like use my experience in the area of temporary management assignments, coaching the entrepreneur, supervisory and control tasks within the board or consultancy projects, as well as the experience gained for the development of new realities and start-ups allows me to carry out this role too on the basis of the concrete direct knowledge of the needs of such realities.
