Benedetta Amato

My name is Benedetta Amato, and I am a Specialized Labour Market Operator and Career Counselor working in the social and educational field. I design and deliver career guidance, tutoring, and skills assessment programs within European and national projects (PNRR and ESF), supporting individuals in their personal, educational, and professional development.

With a strong background in Social Pedagogy and ongoing studies in Work and Organizational Psychology, I combine an educational approach with HR strategies to foster employability, empowerment, and social inclusion.

With several years of experience in career guidance, social pedagogy, and labour market services, I have worked as a Specialized Labour Market Operator (OMLS) at Il Pungiglione Social Cooperative, coordinating and implementing orientation, tutoring, and skills assessment (bilancio di competenze) activities within European and PNRR-funded projects.

My work focuses on supporting young people, adults, and vulnerable groups through tailored career pathways, mentoring, and employability programs, in collaboration with local institutions, schools, and social organizations.

I also serve as a School Mentor within the PNRR “FUTURA” program, promoting inclusion and preventing early school leaving. My approach combines educational methods and HR strategies to empower individuals and facilitate their integration into education and work.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Professional Education and a Master’s Degree in Social Pedagogy, and I am currently completing my registration with the National Register of Pedagogists.

I am also finalizing a Master’s Degree in Work and Organizational Psychology at Università Mercatorum and have completed an Advanced Training Course in Adult Education and Classroom Management.

My studies combine pedagogical, psychological, and organizational perspectives, fostering a comprehensive approach to education, guidance, and human development.
