I have transversal skills, from User Research to Interaction Design, from the ability to define UX strategies to the collection of user needs, articulating and defending project choices and rationales. I am cooperative, with a high attitude to teamwork and I’m open to comparison, in receiving and giving feedbacks from and to colleagues and managers with the aim to personal and professional growth. I’m also good at work autonomously.
I like to constantly challenge myself and improve as a designer. I have a problem-solver approach: I like reaching creative solutions to meet all the stakeholders and user needs.
I always work in end-to-end projects, with the opportunity to use my T-shape profile trying to bring a widespread value, and work in synergy within multi-disciplinary teams. It enables me to develop and strengthen my interpersonal communication skills and it allows me to adapt to any situation.
May 2017 - now
1. UX Research In order to meet the end user needs we propose an initial phase of UX Research. In this step I can setup workshops and facilitate them, conduct interviews and create surveys. When it’s possible I conduct heuristic evaluation and usability testing on pre-existing design. Benchmarks are the order of the day.
2. UX Design In this phase I am able to create low or hight fidelity wireframe of the UX and build a navigable prototype. After that I can organize a user testing session to collect feedbacks and understand the product quality. The usability aspects are always kept in mind!
3. UI Design The aim is to give the product a flawless appearance, presentation and interaction. I usually scout the emerging user interfaces and create design system in order to maitain and scaling the project in the future. The customer brand guidelines are an important aspect that I always ask for.
4. Conversational AI Design
I am able to design the architecture of the dialog keeping in mind the user need and all the possible things that a user can ask in every point of the dialog. Others important aspects are the Tone of Voice, the Persona and the Avatar. I study the best way to represent the value of the Brand while drawing up the dialog.
