Christina Emmanuel

I am a food technologist with an undergraduate and post graduate degree in food technology. I am in Italy on a spouse dependent visa and have completed B1 in Italian language.

I have 5 years of work experience in the food industry. I have worked as an R&D technologist for 3.5 years in Kerry (MNC) and a local company called Aachi Masala. I worked as a Manager in a start up (Schouten) for 1.5 years.

I worked in research, development and application of marinades, seasonings and coating systems in meat and vegetarian products for 2.5 years. I set up and managed a start up that made tempeh for 1.5 years.
