My name is Daniele Corazza.

I am a creative, enthusiastic, hardworking chef, capable to work under pressure and as part of a team. I worked in a number of restaurants, Michelin and fine dining, where I was employed as sous chef, senior chef de partie, chef de partie and also chef, learning different style of cooking like French, Spanish, molecular cusine, Italian, European and much more. Over the years as a chef, I also gained experience in managing staff, food cost, ordering, stock, recruiting staff, rotas, staff training, creating new dishes and recipes and so on.

I speak fluently the following languages: Italian, English and Spanish.
