My experience spans multiple prestigious institutions across Europe and the USA, where I have developed expertise in developing nutritional interventions, mentoring students, and collaborating on interdisciplinary projects.

I have worked as an Honorary Research Associate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where I conducted advanced research in microbiology.

Additionally, I have served as a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Udine and the University of Turin, focusing on agri-food, environmental, and animal sciences, as well as drug science and technology.
