I am a proactive and detail-oriented Ph.D. candidate specializing in veterinary sciences with a focus on human/animal health and food safety. With a robust background in nutritional science, microbiology, and molecular biology, I excel in conducting innovative research, analyzing complex data, and presenting findings at international conferences. My experience spans multiple prestigious institutions across Europe and the USA, where I have developed expertise in developing nutritional interventions, mentoring students, and collaborating on interdisciplinary projects.
I am dedicated to advancing scientific knowledge and finding practical solutions to improve health in both humans and animals.
I am a dedicated Ph.D. candidate with extensive experience in veterinary sciences, food science, and microbiology. My professional journey has taken me through several prestigious research roles across Europe and the USA. I have worked as an Honorary Research Associate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where I conducted advanced research in microbiology.
Additionally, I have served as a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Udine and the University of Turin, focusing on agri-food, environmental, and animal sciences, as well as drug science and technology. My industry experience includes research internships at the IMDEA Research Institute of Food and Health Sciences in Spain and the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research in Ghana.
