Davide Tienni

I am a 100% customer oriented professional currently looking for new and exciting challenges. My main strengths, which enabled me to perform my activities successfully, are the the leadership, the interpersonal skills, the communication skills, the teamwork, the problem solving, the customer orientation. My objective is to bring added value and lead the team to succeed.

I developed a wide experience in the Operations, Customer Service and Sales of multinational companies (IBM, Sabre Travel Network, Avis Budget Group, Majorel, Transcom), always in international, multicultural and fast paced environment, working five years abroad. I am currently employed in Chiasso at Transcom - leader in the BPO industry - as Project Manager.

I graduated in Economics at Università degli studi di Parma.
