I am an Industrial Engineer with 29 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Control. During 11 years in Pirelli Pneumatici I specialized in one of the most demanding approaches regarding products and services quality prevention, as required automotive sector Standards (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D). I am currently head of the Global Quality Function in Electrolux for half of the Company's product lines, with a total of 18 years of experience in the field of household appliances (NPI, Prevention and Knowledge Management, Staff Competencies and Skills, Corporate Communication on Quality).
For the last 7 years I have been rated with the highest score by Electrolux.
