Consultant – Technology & Strategy at Deloitte Consulting (2025-07 – Present)

Cost Management: Currently supporting the ICT Security Business Unit of a top financial institution in budgetary and strategic matters with particular focus on passive cycle management activities managing a + €30 million budget. In addition, I have been supporting the client in conducting due diligence activities related to the intragroup sale of the Business Unit itself.

Software Estate Remediation: In parallel, I am currently Project Manager of a worldwide software uninstallation campaign that follows up on a comprehensive software estate audit executed in 2025 for a primary global railway company. Moreover, I have managed meetings with each region with the objective of concluding all uninstallation activities by the end of Q4 2026.

• Conducted due diligence activities on 28 IT service providers and produced 2 exit strategy documents related to services supporting DORA Critical or Important Functions.
• Prepared and submitted the new 2027 budget according to the KPIs provided by the CIO to address the client's shift towards quantum computing and strengthen their Security Operation Center capacity.
• Executed and Managed passive cycle activities including Requests for Purchase, Purchase Offers and all the following approval steps, feeding the client's master budget. Managed accordingly negotiation activities with providers with the objective of optimizing spending.
• Managed EUC engineers activities involving 7.975.703 installation grouped in 121 packages across more than 50.000 devices
• Provided executive reporting on the development of activities and promptly addressed with the team any issues that arised. Provided a framework for addressing exclusions globally and per-device.

Associate - Digital Transformation – Banking & AWM at PwC Italy (2023-06 – 2025-07)

Derisking Project: Assistant to the Central Project Manager in the context of a Core Banking system operational risk mitigation project involving a primary Italian banking institute. Dora Project: Led a team of four in the restructuring and harmonization of the internal documents in compliance with the EU Regulation 2554/2022 (Security Rules, Policies and Procedures) of a top Italian banking institute with a focus on operational resilience, cybersecurity and third-party management.

• Supported in the detailed management of more than 10 team resources on daily activities. Collaborated in the assignment of objectives and planning of the client's project in the short/medium term.
• Tracked and monitored the issues and enhancements emerged during the roll-out phase of the project, with the objective of addressing and coordinating activities between users and technical team.
• Production of documents, presentations, and spreadsheets to perform data analysis for the work group regarding the state of the art of the project and its main KPIs.
• Adapted and drafted 26 documents in Q4 2024, managing the process of discussing and validating the updates with the client up to the presentation towards the Board of Directors.
• Supported the client in drafting a plan for 2025 to revise an additional 45 documents, 28 of which are new procedures to be implemented.
• Consulted the client in the implementation of a brand-new third-party provider onboarding procedure, aligning it with legal requirements to retrieve all necessary data for the completion of the ESA's Register of Information.

Part-Time Financial Analyst at Suite For Life s.r.l. (2022-06 – 2022-07)

Assisted in the development of Business Plans and Investment Projects for the diversification and expansion of the company's Portfolio of Services (Hotel and Residence Management, Timeshares, Rents).

• Developed a financial model with the objective of embedding seasonality and relevant KPIs to assess the feasibility of projects, providing a comprehensive dashboard of synthetic indicators for critical decisions.
• Collaborated with the management on the opening of a new company division with a focus on the management of resorts, thus diversifying the portfolio and generating an additional stream of cash (+20% liquidity foreseen by Q3 2025) through the signing of rent-to-buy contracts with 4 resorts.
• Consulted the management in investing in new technologies such as Cloud Computing and open-source custom Artificial Intelligence to enhance the company's operations, reducing costs by 10% in a single year (cfr. Q4 2024).

Project Manager at iFarm s.r.l. (2019-03 – 2023-06)

Responsible for restoring, managing, and trading of classic cars ranging from 1950 to 1990.

• Sold 124,000 € worth of cars in the first three years of activity to restructure the business and to provide liquidity for new relevant projects.
• Expanded network nationwide including 3 parts providers, more than 20 specialized shops, 2 homologation companies for exporting vehicles, and more than 50 people involved in similar or connected activities.
• 4 vehicles achieved highest ranked certification for classic cars (Golden Plate)
