My name is Elena Spinaci and I am twenty-nine years old. Graduated in International Economics and Management at Bocconi University. I am a results-driven, sociable and highly determined person. Curious, eager to learn and discover, I like to be aroused by opportunities and challenges around me.
After my graduation, my desire to grow led me to live an intense studying experience in Taiwan,
an international working experience in Madrid for the Italian Embassy and then back in Milan, first at the Italian Football League Lega Serie A and later at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company as
Revenue Growth Specialist. Finally, I joined Accenture as a Management Consultant and now I work at PwC as a Senior Associate providing Operations Transformation and Consulting services.
Through the past years I developed a deep interest for the Business Management world. The fields in which I mastered competencies are Project Management, Data Analytics, Revenue
Growth Management, Marketing Communication, Management Consulting, development of Digital and Commercial Strategies.
My main goal is to develop my knowledge in the Business Management Industry, improving my analytical skills to achieve valuable strategic results in the arena where I have the desire to work for. I am intrigued by the opportunity to bring my talent, experience, and commitment in a multinational Company like yours.
I strongly believe that my multiple years’ experience as a Commercial and Marketing Specialist allowed me to develop and consolidate my capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, often changing and sometimes ambiguous environment. I could also strengthen my abilities analyze data and manage projects end to end, to communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholder and to cultivate and maintain strong working relationships balancing multiple priorities successfully, especially in a multicultural environment. In fact, during my previous role, I efficiently conducted meetings and I took ownership of coordinating multiple projects, using my strong organization skills and strategic thinking to cultivate growth and develop successful campaigns while viewing financial data to evaluate the profitability of new projects. Most of the activities were: analyzing market and competitors; planning, monitoring and reporting expenses; developing commercial and marketing projects, track and measure the impact of different initiatives also monitoring stakeholders’
satisfaction, identify opportunities through the analysis of various data metrics in order to expand business growth, customer engagement, and ultimately drive sales and events. Working with all the teams, I was able to support our performance marketing investments, through the cross analysis of main KPIs including sales uplifts, performance vs. target, reach.
I am particularly adept at finding ways to streamline routine processes, thereby allowing more time to focus on the core aspects of the business. Moreover, I have a passion for the creation of new solutions in order to satisfy business challenges and I have a strongly customer-oriented working approach. For these reasons I believe I could fit the position by adding great value and knowledge to your company.
