Cinema application - Edgemony Remote

During the project we had he opportunity to create a cinema booking application. My main task was the front end development of the application with tools such as: Javascript, React and Firebase. Through those tools was possible to implement a login system, home page navigation and create a search system. At the end I was able to learn how to integrate with Firebase, database and allowing the system to be used by other people.

Talent Garden & Edgemony Coding bootcamp - During course I had the possibility to cover in depth and learn several front end technologies from building fundamental html, css, javascript webapps ( covering topics like types, conditionals, scope, DOM manipulation, arrays, objects, local storage, event loop, promises…) to frameworks like react (scaffolding, react hooks , components , jsx, react router, global states…) and a grasp on nextjs. Regarding the styles we predominantly worked with SASS.

Also had a introduction to the back end side of applications with basic knowledge on node (express.js- express server vs http server, params, queries, middleware, methods…) and noSQL database mongodb with the moongose library for object data modeling.

Git and github were consistently used to keep on track of our projects were we're able to acquire a good basic knowledge of its commands and how it works under the hood.
