I’m an aspiring service designer with with a solid background in business and marketing. Thanks to the combination of my education in management and my professional experience in a large multinational company, I’m able to balance academia and practice to understand complex organizations. Studies in design are the icing on the cake, adding an additional lens through which I can stimulate a creative vision that allows me to identify new opportunities for growth and development.
My goal is to become an expert in the field of service design within companies where innovation is the engine that propels the organization into the future.
From 2022 to 2023 I worked as a product manager at Haier Europe, a multinational company in the home appliances business, where I worked in a cross-functional team. I’m currently completing a Specializing Master in Service Design at POLI.design.
I obtained a Master’s degree summa cum laude in Economics and Management at Bicocca University in Milan (2021), where I studied topics such as Marketing & Communication Management and Strategic Analysis.
