In oltre vent’anni in azienda multinazionale nel settore Oil&Gas ho acquisito competenze tecnico-gestionali nella progettazione e assistenza post-vendita del prodotto, sistemi di gestione Qualità (Assurance e Controllo) e Sicurezza, Project Management e Direzione Operativa di Supply Chain e Stabilimenti produttivi gestendo organici di oltre 200 persone, relazioni industriali e sindacali.

Le successive esperienze di Consulente di direzione aziendale ed Eccellenza Operativa e, più recentemente, di Direzione ESG e HSE, mi hanno inoltre permesso di sviluppare una sensibilità nuova ed una capacità di concepire ed orientare la strategia aziendale a lungo termine integrando in modo olistico Tematiche operative, Responsabilità ambientale e sociale

I have twenty years of experience in engineering and operational management in international industrial companies, with highly automated multi-technology production processes, organized with Lean Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 principles.

In General Electric, I held roles in R&D and Product Engineering, Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence, Production Area and Plant Management, managing operational budgets, plans and strategic investments for business growth and corporate sustainability including digital transformation, environmental impact, health and safety.

I am familiar with industrial and trade union relations. I have traveled and experienced frequent working periods abroad establishing solid relationships of collaboration and trust with partners, suppliers and customers.

I have strengthened and structured my natural inclination to analytical thinking and Problem Solving in the role of Global Supply Chain Quality Director in Baker Hughes and through the Lean SixSigma Master Black Belt certification in General Electric.

I got Sustainability Manager Certification with RINA/Federmanager and Advance Sustainability with Bureau Veritas/Federmanger.

As Senior Advisor for Innovation and Sustainability of Confindustria Toscana, I helped SMEs develop an adequate ECO-digital transformation strategy and focus on tailor-made implementation plans.
