I am a PQM with more 30 years of experience in oil and gas business in EPC offshore project and the major pat of my career has been spent with Saipem spaof ENI Group Italy

Joining Saipem S.p.A. (Oil & Gas contractor company of ENI group Italy) in 1992 allowed me to have a variety of work experiences abroad in construction projects both offshore and onshore.In 2000 I was Quality System Engineer in Saipem Corporate Head Office in Milan with the responsibility to manage and develop the quality system pertinent to the Offshore Business Unit.This then developed, in the period 2005-2009, into a Project QA/QC Manager role in various offshore EPIC pipelines projects.I concluded my work carrier at Saipem in October 2011 as “Company Quality Manager in Saipem UK in London.

Joining CMT Company (Copenhagen Metro Team) as Project Quality Manager from November 2011 to December 2012 as part of the project team in Copenhagen to design and develop the construction of the city ringen underground of Copenhagen.

Joining in Pipe Team Company from January 2013 to August 2016 (Design, Engineering & Quality Management services) in Milan – Italy as responsible of Quality Management in this company operating in the oil and gas business and mainly dedicated to material & corrosion Engineering activities, Technical evaluation of Suppliers, Assistance to Procurement and Post Order activities, Project QA/QC Management and Manufacturing & Fabrication supervision/inspection activities.

Joining in Bonatti S.p.A. – Italy in September 2016 to cover the position in Greece as Project QA/ QC Manager onshore 48 inches pipeline construction Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP Project) total length approx. 370 Km, This activity has been concluded with the full satisfaction of Bonatti and TAP Management at the end of December 2019.

Joining Subsea 7 company – in July 2020 to April 2022 with the role of QA/QC Lead and located in Lamprel Yard in Dubai to manage the fabrication of 30 Jackets of 114 planned in Seagreen Project. The scope is to manage the Subcontractor Lamprell and relevant Suppliers for the fabrication of 30 Jackets and topsides structures to install the WGT (wind turbine generators) in compliance with quality requirements of the project and preparation of the as built documentation for the final transportation and installation of the Jackets in the Nord Sea (offshore Dundee).Relocated in Subsea7 Paris from June to October 2022 with the position of Project Quality Manager for SLGC Project platform installation, hook up and commissioning in Angola .

I have achieved several years of experience in Project Quality Management mainly in oil & gas EPC Projects abroad in different contests and environmental situations as per my CV details.

I point out the following personal characteristics:

• Attitude to work in a team and coordination of the persons under my responsibility in compliance with the budget and contractual objectives of the project, motivating constantly the team to get the maximum performance and achieve the targets of the quality project department.
• Experience in terms of collaborators evaluation of their performance and optimization of their potentialities to achieve the objectives set for the quality department.
• Experience to manage with the PM the budget and contractual objectives, manpower needs for quality inspections through the project and at subcontractors’ locations, schedules review and involvement to support HSE and Environmental implementing and managing the issues/findings, LTI, etc from quality point of view.
• Attitude to problem solving and experience to get in autonomy the decisions to be set in line with the strategy of the project management.
• Experience in managing on sites the interface with the clients about quality requirements and findings (NCRs, technical quality findings about welding, NDT, coating etc,), prepare daily/weekly/monthly reporting in autonomy, qualification of the subcontractors and special processes (welding, coating etc), material inspections and management of the relevant NCRs, certifications requested, supporting to Pre-commissioning activities about quality and HSE matters.
• The experience to organize/review the Project quality procedures (PQP, ITP, etc) including final As Built dossiers.
• Experiences achieved in Offshore Wind Farm project related to quality management in jacket fabrication yards and final hook up.
