I'm a British chef with over a decade of experience in continental/European cuisine, specialising in fine dining. Having completed my role as Head Chef in Italy, I am looking for my next role in Gurgaon/New Delhi, India.
My last role was as Head Chef for Badia a Coltibuono, an agriturismo in the heart of Chianti. Here we focused on refined Tuscan cuisine with a focus on foraged and local ingredients. Before then I worked as the Head Chef of Pint of View, a gastropub which served our signature burgers and European cuisine. In the UK I worked as the Sous Chef at Le Cochon Aveugle, which was a fine dining restaurant voted 40th best restaurant in the country after I joined.
